Refund policy

All WWTP Plus products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase, so we can't take them back once downloaded or unlocked. For that reason we don't offer refunds for a change of mind.

We do want you to be happy with what you bought. If a product doesn't work as described, a file is faulty, or your unlock code doesn't work, email hello@wwtpplus.com with your order number. We'll fix the problem, send a replacement, or refund you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.
